THE P2 COLLECTIVE · THE ADAPTABILITY ACCELERATOR

Built by a consulting psychologist and a C-suite strategist, for women who’ve already proven themselves.

A six-month group coaching program for mid to late career women with deep expertise who are ready for what’s next — whether they know exactly what that is or not. Leave with clarity, a concrete plan, and a community to carry it forward. Limited to 8–10 women.

We review every inquiry personally. The first step is a conversation — not a commitment.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You’ve spent years becoming the expert. Now you’re asking what comes next.

You’re not stuck because you lack capability. You’re at an inflection point — and that’s a very different problem. The skills, the credibility, the track record are all there. What’s missing is the clarity, the structure, and the right people to think it through with.

  • You’ve built deep expertise in your field, and you know it has value — but you’re not sure how to translate it into what’s next.

  • You’re considering a pivot — a new role, a different industry, a consulting practice, an encore career — but you don’t have a clear roadmap.

  • You’ve been the one others come to for answers. Navigating your own transition without a clear path feels unfamiliar and uncomfortable.

  • You want real structure and real support — not a course you’ll never finish or a coach who doesn’t understand the complexity of where you’ve been.

  • You’re ready to invest in yourself seriously, and you want to know the investment will actually move you forward.

If you recognized yourself in any of that, keep reading

WHY THIS PROGRAM

This isn’t a course. It isn’t a mastermind. It’s something more deliberate.

Most programs for women in transition offer inspiration, community, or frameworks — but rarely all three, and almost never with the depth of behavioral science and strategic expertise to back them up. The Adaptability Accelerator was built differently.

Science-backed

Grounded in AQai adaptability science — the only validated individual adaptability assessment — so your starting point is data, not guesswork.

Grounded in behavioral science

Johanna’s deep expertise in the psychology and neuroscience of human behavior means the mindset work goes deep — imposter syndrome, identity, resilience — addressing the underlying patterns driving behavior, not just the surface symptoms.

Strategically grounded

Liz brings C-suite, business, and organizational expertise, helping you move from possibility to practicality. She helps test and validate the commercial viability of your pivot options, then builds a clear, practical plan to bring them to life.

Intentionally small

Eight to ten women. No more. The intimacy of the group is not incidental — it’s the point. The collective wisdom in the room is part of what you’re investing in.

What women who’ve been through it say.

“When I started the Adaptability Accelerator, I was accomplished by every external measure — and quietly stuck. I wasn’t sure anyone could help me see past where I was. I was wrong. Through this program, I’ve grown in ways I genuinely didn’t think were possible. I see myself differently. I have real tools, real clarity, and a confidence I didn’t have before. My future feels bigger than I ever let myself imagine — and I mean that literally, not as a platitude. What Johanna and Liz have built is rare. Rigorous and deeply human at the same time. I’m not running away from anything. I’m running toward what’s next — with optimism and clarity I didn’t have six months ago.”

— Cohort participant

“I came into this cohort with determination and hope, but also a sense of being a little bit lost. I knew I needed to prepare to make a significant career pivot, but I didn’t have a clear roadmap for how to do it strategically. Through the cohort’s process, I uncovered blind spots I didn’t know I had, recognized patterns of negative thinking I hadn’t realized were shaping my decisions, and revisited my core values in ways that completely reframed my approach to my next chapter. The program didn’t stop at mindset work — I also walked away with a niche market definition, ideal client profile, pricing model, marketing materials, a strong pitch, and a concrete marketing plan I could not have built alone. If you’re serious about a successful career pivot, you can’t afford not to take this cohort.”

IS THIS YOU?

The Adaptability Accelerator is designed for a specific woman. You are a mid to late career woman with deep subject matter expertise — a senior executive, C-suite leader, or accomplished professional who has spent years becoming the go-to person in your field. And now you’re at a crossroads. You may be ready to step into a new role, shift industries, launch a consulting practice, or build something of your own. You may be responding to an unexpected organizational change, or simply to a growing sense that your current path no longer fits who you’ve become. You may not yet know exactly what’s next — and that’s okay. What matters is that you’re ready to find out, and ready to do the work to get there. What you won’t find here: a one-size-fits-all framework, passive learning, or a community without teeth. What you will find: rigorous structure, genuine support, and a small group of women who understand exactly where you are.

Frequently asked.

Do I need to know what my pivot is before I reach out?

Not at all. Many women come in knowing something needs to change but not yet knowing what. The program is designed to help you find that clarity — not assume you already have it.

How does enrollment work?

Every participant begins with a discovery call with Johanna or Liz. We want to understand where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this program is the right fit — for you and for the cohort. Enrollment is confirmed after that conversation.

How much time does the program require?

One group session per month plus office hours, pre-work between sessions, and participation in the community. Most participants invest four to six hours per month outside of sessions.

What topics are covered?

Content is customized to each cohort, but themes include imposter syndrome and mindset, transferable skills, values alignment, building your personal board of directors, executive presence and personal brand, strategic networking and sponsorship, and the financial and strategic dimensions of a pivot.

What makes this different from working with a coach one-on-one?

The combination of individual coaching, group learning, peer accountability, and the collective wisdom of the room is something a 1:1 engagement simply can’t replicate. You get Johanna’s deep expertise in behavioral science and human psychology, Liz’s strategic and organizational expertise, and the lived experience of eight to ten women navigating similar terrain at the same time.

Ready to find out what’s next?

The first step is a conversation. Book a discovery call with Johanna or Liz — no commitment, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and whether this program is the right fit.
